Régis Altadill

Before becoming a coach, Regis accumulated almost 25 years of diverse professional experience, which includes travels, expatriation, wage labor, and entrepreneurship. His journey has been shaped by numerous encounters and discoveries, as well as mistakes and fresh starts. Over time, he realized that what mattered most to him was people—understanding their stories, supporting their growth, and helping them reach their potential.

Regis holds a Master’s in Management and has worked across various industries, which has enriched his perspective and deepened his understanding of roles and functions within organizations. This diverse experience has not only broadened Regis’ professional insights but also fueled his passion for connecting with others and empowering them to thrive.

When he’s not coaching, Regis loves discovering new places, whether it’s immersing himself in nature or exploring vibrant cities. He is a curious traveler at heart and always eager to observe different cultures, meet new people, and learn from the diversity around him.

Sophie Besancenot

Before becoming an Executive Coach, Sophie spent 20 years working as a Business Developer in the international cooperation sector, leading high-impact initiatives funded by the European Commission, the OECD, and the United Nations.

Driven by a strong sense of purpose, she has designed large-scale strategies to foster innovation and social impact through public-private partnerships and international collaboration in areas such as education, employment, and entrepreneurship. Her expertise also includes developing multilateral funding strategies for consulting firms and managing international development programs, primarily from headquarters in France, Mexico and Spain.

Today, as a coach, Sophie brings that same strength, combined with deep empathy for people and their aspirations, into her work through an insightful and vision-driven coaching style — helping people align with their goals with clarity and confidence.

When she is not coaching, Sophie thrives on meaningful connections — whether through public speaking or hosting her podcast, where she interviews inspiring leaders.
